Nordic Walking

There are various types of Nordic walking. One type involves taking unnaturally long steps. This type of Nordic walking is extremely bad for your joints and back. We advocate a different type of Nordic walking with a faster pace and with shorter strides. This variation puts significantly less strain on the joints and back and, when practised in kyBoot shoes, strengthens the fine deep inner muscles in particular.

kyBoot shoes are built in such a way as to minimise wear and tear on the soles. However, the heel area may wear out somewhat faster than otherwise if you take extra long steps. kybun AG does not take responsibility for such types of wear and tear and only honours the guarantee if the shoes have been worn for regular use with shorter steps. However, the more important reason for taking shorter steps is that it facilitates a healthy gait and good posture.
